Steps for absolute flawless skin
  •       Health diet:  make sure you have a healthy diet, enriched with the vitamins and minerals your skin needs like: vitamins (B,C,E,A,K)


Vitamins B – Is for your skin, nails and hair
Source-oatmeal, eggs, rice, bananas
 Vitamins C- Protects skin from sun exposure
Source –mainly citrus: lemons, limes, oranges, bell peppers and leafy greens
Vitamins E- Also protects skin from sun exposure
Source – Olives, spinach, nuts, seeds and vegetable oil  
Vitamins A-Essential for the repair of the skin tissue.
Source-fruits and veggies
Vitamins K-Reduces dark circles under the eyes as well as bruises.
Source-leafy veggies, diary products, meats like :pork and liver.
