Wonder who allowed Miguel Jontel Pimentel to get behind the wheels when he was high on alcohol. Thank God he didn’t crash and die. The California Highway Patrol officer was there on time to help him out of a danger zone into paying a few thousand of dollars to the U.S government.
The 27 year old singer was pulled over on a Los Angeles freeway for driving too fast for safety at 11:15 pm (CAT) while behind illegally tainted windows. Reports say the officer carried out a sobriety test on Miguel when he sensed the smell of alcohol in his BMW X6 and he was immediately arrested on a DUI charge.
Spokeswoman for the California Highway Patrol, Karina Munoz said a court hearing has been set for September 9 but that didn’t stop the singer to spend hours in jail and paying $5000 for bail.
