The exciting news was confirmed through her publicist Chris Chambers and the Associated Press reported that he surprised her with a banging 15 carat diamond ring! Cici was celebrating her birthday in New York and he proposed to her 2 days later!
Such a wonderful birthday gift! These fellas love surprising their gals on for their birthdays, because Cici’s bestie Kim also got the rock from Kanye 2 days after her special day too!
