is widely assumed that only hot red lips can assume the alias of sexy lips; but this is false. A well applied lipstick is a winning look any day, anytime.
Having problems applying your lipstick? You are not alone. Until very recently, I hardly used lipstick. It was a makeup item that I rarely used and it only came out beautifully when I applied it on my clients but not on myself.
So one day, after watching a youtube video featuring Lisa Eldridge (a video on how to get a Dita Von Teese red lip), I decided to try that same technique for my other lip colours. Out came my large makeup box and out rolled all the lipsticks in my collection (both personal and professional), I whipped out my Orekelewa lip brush and proceeded to try that technique in applying all my lipsticks. I must say that lip colours that had never had any attractiveness to me became simply adorable and I started borrowing from my lipstick stash more often than not.
Now, I have found my rhythm and discovered my one true love – MUD Rose Clay (which is actually a very beautiful nude colour on me but I diversify it by using different lip liners and glosses). My everyday lip is actually – well blended brown lip liner (any brand), MUD Rose Clay lipstick in the area of my lips still visible (I smack my lip together after this to blend the lipstick and the liner) and Revlon Midnight swirl Shock-olate all over my entire lip. If you have thin lips, do not despair, next week there will be tips for making thin lips look fuller… and perhaps your lips are too full? There will be tips to make them look thinner.
